Ah, nature !
Although Sucre is Bolivia’s constitutional capital, La Paz is de facto capital. That triggers a lot of issues in the area.
Four locals. Sucre is pretty much aboriginal. The first city I stop at in Bolivia is Santa Cruz, much whiter and richer. So rich the region is asking for its autonomy. Most people there have Brazilian ancestors.

I took considerable risks to take a picture of this (forbidden). Weaving is the quintessential local art.
These are not Bolivian samuraïs; but close.
